Many approaches in the area of omnichannel solutions only consider individual contact media that are available to customers today.

We have set ourselves the goal of bringing together all of today’s communication channels such as video, voice, chat and messaging. In the banking sector in particular, perfectly coordinated communication without media disruptions is important. FINOCHE therefore considers communication as a whole and without IT islands.

Advantages over individual solutions

  • No media breaks between the individual channels (the video call can be conveyed from the online branch to the back office)
  • No parallel ringing of the phone during a video session (video and voice are often handled separately, so an incoming call is possible during a video session. In this situation, FINOCHE switches the phone to “busy” so that you are not disturbed by a second call. )
  • Parallel operation to the already installed telephony solution possible

S-Viso add-on

What is S-ViSO?
The Video Service Operator is the new FINOCHE add -on specially developed for the savings banks. S-ViSO combines consultation via video communication with the option of transmitting documents and digitally signing them. Existing branch space can continue to be used to offer customers service and advice .

How does S-Viso work?
The system consists of 3 components:
Video camera and monitor, document camera and signature pad. S-ViSO is located in its own room, discretion is maintained.

Why S-ViSO?
Personal service in the branch, S-ViSO is your advantage over direct banks, linking service issues and advice, stay on the bank, continue to use the branch structure, initial advice to the conclusion of a deal
