Your responsibilities:
–1st & 2nd level support for our customers remotely as well as on-site
– Error analysis and troubleshooting via remote and documentation in our ticket system
• Forwarding of the tickets to the following support units (including 3rd level of the manufacturer, etc.)
• Close cooperation with other IT departments and regular documentation of all error messages
• Maintenance of system data and the knowledge database

Your existing tools:
